 Before Closing:

* "Zero Defect Policy"  Any defects noted during final walk-thru inspection with homeowner and David R. Smith will be corrected before we close. 

  During first year of warranty period on your new home will be     free from:

* Defects in materials and workmanship.

* Defects in electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, including wiring, piping and ductwork portion of systems.

 During second year of the warranty period on your new home will be free from:

* Defects in electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems including wiring, piping and ductwork portions of systems.

 During 2nd through 10th year of warranty period on your new home will be free from: 

* Defects in the structure systems

* Preferred Builders Warranty covers defects in structure for 10 years.
