David R. Smith  Bios.

*At age 17 worked part-time at local building supply.

*Attended O.W.C.C. after highschool.

*At age 18 worked part-time for  a roofing contractor while going to college.

*From age 21-24 worked for framing and trim contractor.

*1985 Passed Contractors Exam, Obtained Residential Contactors Lisc.

*1986 Completed Florida Realestate Salesman course, Passed State of Florida Realestate test, obtained Salesman Realestate Lisc.

*1986 Founded David R. Smith Development Inc. Began home building, spec, presale, custom homes.

*1986 Activated  Realestate Lisc. with local C-21 Broker, Marketed  homes  spec, presale, custom homes.

*1987 Completed Florida Realstate Brokers Course, Passed State of Florida Brokers exam, obtained Brokers Lisc.

*1986- present,  actively engaged in building single-family homes in the Okaloosa/Walton Co. areas.
